Had only one Key to my vehicle which was lost. I called Smith's because I was out of options and I would recommend him to anyone that I personally know. He is a very friendly gentleman, he has a good sense of urgency, travels to you, and is very good at what he does. He was able to get me a key for my car that wasn't that expensive and also on a Sunday. Anyone needing keys for anything, he is my first recommendation!

I called and scheduled an appointment with Mr. Smith and he really seemed to be the right person for the job after talking to him. He had the best price to fix my problem with my car. Well the time came around when he was supposed to be here and he never showed or called. I called and left messages on is phone and texts to. He finally called me back and we rescheduled for the next day. Well guess what still no show. So I had to call another locksmith who was more expensive but they showed up at the time they said they would. I just wish Mr. Smith would have just been up front with me if he was to busy to fix my ignition in my car. I just hope the next customer who calls for his services don't get put off or ignored.
